1. About Us
Neat Freaks Ltd is a domestic cleaning company providing professional cleaning services to residential properties in and around Guildford, Surrey.


2. Services
We provide domestic cleaning services, which may include regular cleans, one-off cleans, deep cleans, and other agreed cleaning services.
The exact scope of services will be agreed in advance and may be based on information provided by the client during the enquiry or quotation process.


3. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are provided per job, not per hour, unless stated otherwise.

  • Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry.

  • If the condition, size, or requirements of the property differ materially from what was described, we reserve the right to revise the quote.

  • Additional services or time requested beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

 

4. Bookings

  • Bookings are confirmed once accepted by us.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion, including where access, safety, or suitability concerns arise.

5. Access to Property

  • The client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time.

  • If access cannot be gained, the booking may be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.

 

6. Payments

  • Invoices are issued electronically.

  • Payment is due within the timeframe stated on the invoice.

  • Accepted payment methods may include card payment, bank transfer, or other electronic methods.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services.

 

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a charge.

  • The exact notice period and applicable charges will be communicated at the time of booking.

 

8. Cleaning Products & Equipment

  • We use professional-grade cleaning products and equipment.

  • Eco-friendly products may be used upon request.

  • Clients must inform us in advance of any sensitivities, allergies, or restrictions.

 

9. Health & Safety

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a property is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

  • Clients must disclose any hazards, including aggressive pets, unsafe surfaces, or hazardous materials.

 

10. Damage & Liability

  • We take reasonable care when providing services.

  • Any concerns regarding damage must be reported within 48 hours of the service.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided, except where prohibited by law.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues arising from faulty or fragile items.

 

11. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information during booking

  • Securing valuables and fragile items

  • Ensuring pets are restrained where necessary

 

12. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate ongoing services with reasonable notice. Outstanding invoices remain payable.
